Millennium Trust Company and PayFlex Rebrand to Inspira Financial
As Inspira Financial emerged from the rebrand of Millennium Trust and PayFlex, I played a central role in translating the new identity into a fully realized, scalable brand experience. I led and contributed to key workstreams across brand activation, including the website, Brand Portal, internal communications, and digital asset management, ensuring alignment between creative execution and business objectives.
Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, IT, sales, and client services, I helped teams bring the brand to life in their unique channels. I provided creative direction and oversight for internal designers and freelancers, collaborated with agency partners, and contributed to video content, conference strategy, and campaign development.
To support long-term brand consistency, I helped build a comprehensive design system, delivering over 1,000 branded assets—from icons, illustrations, and patterns to presentation decks, flyers, social templates, and sub-brand logos. I also relaunched our company swag store with 40+ curated items to support internal culture, conferences, and brand visibility.
This initiative was both creatively rewarding and strategically complex—an opportunity to shape a brand from the inside out and empower teams across the organization to express it with clarity and confidence.
