Checking Campaign

I have designed and developed many campaigns for Alliant. In this particular campaign we wanted to cross-sell a checking account to existing Alliant members and tested two different content themes to see which benefit resonated best. I designed two email versions where we asked a simple question and by selecting an answer we’d take the member to a landing page to see the correct answer along with information about Alliant’s checking account. Through testing we found that a “no fees” message resonated best and led to a 8% lift in conversion.
